Baby Steps
In a marathon, it's important to remember that you can't get to the finish line without taking steps. One at a time and eventually, if you keep doing what you need to do, you'll reach that finish line. I know that this is what my life is now about. I officially started getting myself healthier on the 3rd January. I'm now 15 days in. Results so far: 7kg lost. That's 15.5lb gone. I do realise that weightloss is pretty easy at the beginning and then slows down. I've exercised in some way or another at least 3 days a week, whether that was walking or swimming. And I'm motivated. As of today, I've hit the goal for my both the DietBet "Fatgirlfedup's Year of Transformation Kickoff" and month one of the "2019 Lasting reSOLUTIONs." I will NOT lose money!
